  • We encourage users to review the course details and demo content (if available) before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions for Refunds A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount upon verification.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Incorrect Payment Processing: If a payment error occurs due to system issues, a refund may be processed.

3. No Refunds in the Following Cases

  • Change of mind or personal reasons for not continuing the course.

  • Partial completion or dissatisfaction with the course content after purchase.

  • Instead of a refund, we may offer course adjustments or transfers to another batch at our discretion.
